Unlike the modern day royal families of North India who still lives
a life of opulence in the middle of luxury, the Travancore Royal family lives a very
simple life. They are true Padmanabha dasaas. They value Padmanabha Swamy and their devotion to the lord above the billions of dollars worth of treasures found in the temple vaults.Conquerorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06799222840005254207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5982207690876666118.post-43080539828330532762012-04-19T00:40:59.843-07:002012-04-19T00:40:59.843-07:00Very well written, there is an upcoming movie abou...Very well written, there is an upcoming movie about the myths behind the Sree Padmanabha temple. I am looking forward to it rather nervously because out of excitement either I'll be dumbstruck or I might put my foot in my mouth and make a fool of myself. I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I can set foot in the Palace let alone meet face to face with Their Highnesses.

Whenever I passed the Kawdiar roundana, I used to look at the Palace gates in amazement.Your post gave me an idea of what to expect. Thanks, I really enjoyed it.Nebuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09918391278683718111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5982207690876666118.post-9920822124916300452009-07-09T02:35:00.805-07:002009-07-09T02:35:00.805-07:00lovely article!lovely article!Abhed Kiran Ravikumar-Pillai Kandamathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07907077062088057826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5982207690876666118.post-22195103541650781982009-05-30T07:13:44.929-07:002009-05-30T07:13:44.929-07:00marvelous photos! and very nice indeed. :)marvelous photos! and very nice indeed. :)Manuhttp://inorite.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
